As a Technical Project Manager with i5 TG, you'll guide and supervise IT projects, serving as a critical connector between service delivery and customer management teams. Your responsibilities include crafting project execution strategies, identifying technical and business resource needs, tracking project progression, managing financial and timeline constraints, and generating comprehensive status reports. Additionally, you'll evaluate project challenges and implement strategic solutions to enhance productivity, maintain quality standards, and ensure client satisfaction. Your role will also encompass providing technical and analytical support to the project team, guaranteeing successful client outcomes. Qualified candidates will have opportunities to engage in supplementary projects with i5 TG as they emerge, further enriching their consulting portfolio and professional expertise. **Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.** **NO THIRD PARTIES** **Key Responsibilities** **Project Leadership & Delivery** - Direct comprehensive IT project execution focusing on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions - Create project plans, schedules, and budgets—maintaining trajectory with minimal stress - Orchestrate requirements gathering, scope definition, sprint planning, and release coordination - Synchronize resources across technical, functional, and external teams - Navigate risks, challenges, and interdependencies with strategic precision - Communicate clear and frequent status updates to stakeholders and leadership **Business & Technical Alignment** - Convert business requirements into executable technical specifications - Collaborate closely with administrators, developers, and business owners to optimize deliverables - Assess and recommend Microsoft 365 and SharePoint capabilities supporting organizational objectives - Integrate governance, security, and compliance considerations into project implementations **Change Management & Adoption** - Support implementation planning, communication strategies, training, and user adoption approaches - Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate seamless transitions - Collect and analyze feedback to enhance features and drive continuous improvement **Required Qualifications** - 5-7 years of IT project management experience - Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, or 10-15 years of IT project management experience - Practical expertise with SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365 - Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies - Exceptional communication skills across organizational hierarchies - Experience coordinating technical and business teams - Proficiency in requirements documentation, user stories, testing, and process mapping - Ability to excel in dynamic, collaborative environments - Capability to manage complex project timelines, budgets, and resources - Eligibility to meet government client requirements **Desired Qualifications** - Microsoft 365 administration experience - SharePoint design or low-code expertise - Professional certifications - Government contracting background - Familiarity with Copilot readiness and AI workplace tools - Vendor management skills - Strong business analysis capabilities - Data-driven decision-making proficiency **REQUIRED** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field - 3-5 years of project management experience - PMP certification preferred - CSM Certification preferred - Advanced MS Suite proficiency - Strong Agile framework understanding - Creative problem-solving abilities - Expertise in project management software - Full project lifecycle experience - Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills - Proven project completion track record **STRONGLY PREFERRED** - Advanced or Master's degree - SharePoint Online experience - ServiceNow familiarity - ITIM principles knowledge
