Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to guide technical assessments, design custom solutions, and present product capabilities through demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments across Security, Networking, and Developer platforms.
- Serve as a trusted technical partner throughout the customer journey, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers from onboarding through renewal and growth phases.
- Manage long-term technical engagement across all stages of the customer lifecycle, aligning evolving business needs with product development roadmaps.
- Meet performance targets tied to new revenue generation and account expansion, with accountability for driving platform adoption, retaining existing revenue, and uncovering cross-sell and up-sell opportunities using product usage insights.
- Conduct technical quarterly business reviews to demonstrate platform value and translate technical outcomes into financial impact for executive leadership.
- Operate as an AI-enhanced engineer by utilizing AI-powered tools and internal systems to automate repetitive tasks like responding to security questionnaires, setting up sandboxes, and monitoring basic telemetry, allowing more focus on strategic advisory.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive base salary plus variable commission directly linked to achieving full-lifecycle commercial goals, including new business wins, adoption milestones, and account growth.
