About the Role
The individual in this role will partner closely with the sales department to enhance customer experiences before and after the sale. Responsibilities include guiding prospects through onboarding, troubleshooting issues, and serving as a trusted point of contact to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary liaison between customers and internal sales teams
- Support prospective clients during the pre-sales phase with information and guidance
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new customers
- Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently
- Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status
- Collaborate with sales to address objections and support deal closures
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify retention risks
- Provide clear explanations of product features and service terms
- Escalate technical or complex issues to appropriate teams
- Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics
- Assist in refining sales support workflows
- Ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints
- Support contract renewal efforts through engagement and follow-up
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments
- Respond to customer inquiries within defined service level agreements
- Help customers understand onboarding timelines and requirements
