Responsibilities
- Stay current with evolving CRM trends and lead advanced initiatives that strengthen CRM's impact on business outcomes
- Manage intricate CRM projects tied to new product rollouts, ensuring both technical and commercial preparedness
- Use customer data to analyze behavior across segments and lifecycle stages, aiming to boost customer lifetime value and reduce churn
- Serve as the primary CRM representative within product development teams, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align CRM tactics with new features
- Design and execute high-performing lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other channels
- Detect obstacles in the customer journey and create targeted CRM solutions to improve interaction and engagement with the platform
