As a Senior CRM Manager, you will shape and execute customer retention strategies using behavioral insights and lifecycle data. You'll develop testable hypotheses from CRM analytics, customer journey maps, and key performance indicators to inform targeted campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-product messaging.
What You'll Do
- Formulate strategic CRM initiatives based on data trends, retention patterns, and business KPIs
- Design and deploy experiments across digital channels to optimize engagement and reduce churn
- Define success metrics and evaluate campaign performance to guide future iterations
- Lead high-impact projects focused on retaining high-value users and improving long-term customer value
- Collaborate with product, UX, development, and analytics teams to implement and refine CRM features
- Propose enhancements to existing workflows and explore innovative tactics to meet business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience with CRM or CDP platforms and customer lifecycle analysis
- Strong grasp of key metrics including open rates, conversion rates, retention, churn, and ARPPU
- Proficiency in HTML, Google Sheets or Excel, Jira, Confluence, and BI tools
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Fluent in English (B2 or above); advanced Russian language skills (C1 or higher)
