About the Role
Lead the development and execution of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase retention, lifetime value, and engagement across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns

- Coordinate with design teams for content assets

- Manage third-party CRM platform tools and integrations
- Support onboarding and re-engagement campaigns
- Develop win-back strategies for lapsed customers
