Responsibilities
- Build and tailor applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to extend capabilities and optimize usability
- Work closely with business stakeholders to collect, assess, and interpret requirements into technical designs
- Develop, deploy, and manage automated workflows, business logic rules, and custom plugins
- Produce detailed documentation covering system setups, modifications, and operational procedures
- Perform rigorous testing to validate system stability, functionality, and performance
- Diagnose and fix technical issues in CRM platforms, offering ongoing support when required
- Keep up with advancements and proven methods in CRM technologies to support ongoing system enhancements
