About the Role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior CRM Account Executive to oversee the market success of our Customer Workflow products within the Telecommunications industry. In this role, you will support strategy and solution wins for specialty areas including Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and Sales + Order Management.

What You'll Do

  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement and account use case targeting
  • Own full-cycle prospecting and closing of CRM deals
  • Provide input during the account planning process based on territory strategy
  • Ensure recommendations align with Now Value principles
  • Support customers to envision the value of digital transformation and develop strategy by partnering with the account team, customer, and partners
  • Interlock with Solution Consultants and Specialist Solution Consultants on the Capability Roadmap
  • Coach Account Executives, ADRs, and ACEs with foundational specialty solution area knowledge
  • Customize time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team
  • Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success selling software, ideally CRM-related, to the Telecommunications industry
  • 7+ years of knowledge on the return on investment of CRM solutions to lead solution wins
  • Experience as an Account Executive or Specialist Sales Executive
  • Understanding of business sales processes
  • Ability to travel 30-40%

Nice to Have

  • Current location in the Northeastern United States strongly preferred
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

  • Compensation range: $137,000 - $182,050 + equity (when applicable)
