About the Role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior CRM Account Executive focused on the Telecom, Media, and Technology vertical. In this role, you will oversee the market success of our CRM products, driving territory strategy and supporting customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process based on territory strategy.
  • Ensure territory strategy aligns with Now Value principles.
  • Help customers envision the value of digital transformation and support strategy development by partnering with the account team, customer, and partners.
  • Interlock with Solution Consultants on the Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
  • Coach Account Executives, ADRs, and ACEs with foundational specialty solution knowledge to identify opportunities and manage sales cycles.
  • Customize time allocation to meet territory and account team needs and celebrate successes.
  • Champion diversity and belonging to foster an open and inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of knowledge on the return on investment of a specialty solutions area to lead solution wins.
  • Experience as an Account Executive, or in an alternative sales or customer service role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.

  • Base pay range: $123,050 - $186,050.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in AMS - North America and Canada.
