ZenGRC is looking for a Senior Creator Partnerships Manager to join our Brand team and build the next chapter of our story. You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to bring world-class partner campaigns to life, from co-marketing initiatives to live activations that deepen our footprint in the creator economy.
What You'll Do
- Research, source, and evaluate potential partners that align with our mission and can amplify our reach, ranging from creators and thought leaders to brands and communities.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute partnership campaigns from start to finish, managing timelines, deliverables, partner communications, and logistics.
- Support the cofounders and head of brand partnerships team on larger, high-visibility brand collaborations.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular communication and proactive follow-up.
- Collaborate across internal teams (marketing, design, content, and community) to ensure partnerships are well-integrated into our broader brand strategy.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, surfacing insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, campaign management, or brand collaborations.
- A natural relationship builder who connects easily with people and builds genuine, lasting partnerships.
- Strong taste around concept and creative execution, with an eye for what makes a campaign stand out.
- Proven track record driving results with brand and/or creator partnerships.
- Excited to take ownership, dive into new challenges, and grow alongside the team.
- Deeply curious about the creator economy, online business, and the power of communities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and always eager to help teammates succeed.
- Pays attention to detail, keeps everything on track, and takes pride in delivering A+ work.
- Quick to pick up tools and platforms, thinks on their feet, and enjoys figuring out how to make things work better.
- Strong alignment with our values.
- Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
Nice to Have
- Experience being part of (or helping build) a thriving community on Circle.
- Direct experience working with creators, influencers, or brand partners in the tech (B2B SaaS or consumer tech) or creator space.

- Compensation range: $120,000 - $160,000 USD per year + startup equity.
