TensorOps is seeking a Senior Country Commercial Manager to expand and manage the product portfolio for Tide's German business account offering. You'll be accountable for GTM strategy, revenue growth, and local market adaptation for SME financial products.
What You'll Do
- Perform local market research, product discovery, and gather customer insights to adapt suitable product strategies.
- Work with global product managers to develop locally relevant products and lead projects for the German market.
- Take ownership for driving revenue growth for your product line, developing and executing strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Define and update local marketing and sales plans, track performance, and initiate corrective actions.
- Own the marketing strategy to achieve product adoption goals, with emphasis on CRM, customer lifecycle management, and content.
- Create and maintain marketing copy, collateral, and other customer-facing materials considering German legislation.
- Collaborate with regional operations to ensure operational readiness, responsible for QA before feature release, and act as internal point of contact.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years relevant product marketing or commercial management experience.
- Experience in and understanding of the SME space, SaaS software, and/or fintech.
- Data-driven approach to understanding competitor landscape, trends, product growth opportunities, and tracking marketing KPIs.
- Experience driving adoption and scaling a complex product in a fast-growing company, with appreciation for acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Foundational understanding of CRM, performance marketing, and sales enablement.
- Experience building value propositions and positioning for SaaS products, including for specific target segments.
- Organised, resilient, independent, takes initiative, and enjoys working in a fast-moving company.
- Worked across multiple markets, navigating complexities of global product development with keen understanding of localization requirements.
- Self-starter who doesn't wait for instruction and works backwards from targets.
- Fluent in English and German.

- Previous experience working in the accounting space, insurance, or business services.

You'll be part of the Tide Germany team with a mission to establish and scale Tide in the German market, reporting to the Lead Country Commercial Manager.
