Parent ApS is hiring a hands-on Accounting & Finance Operations Associate (SaaS) to ensure clean books, structured reporting, and turn numbers into clarity. You’ll be central to maintaining audit-ready files and delivering key business insights through our monthly Finance Cockpit.

What You'll Do

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and organized supporting documentation.
Prepare monthly and quarterly audit-ready files and send them to auditors.
Support the monthly close process with reconciliations and schedules.
Run customer invoicing for subscriptions, renewals, prorations, and upgrades/downgrades in Stripe.
Manage accounts receivable aging, follow-ups, and collections.
Handle credit notes, refunds, cancellations, and necessary approvals.
Reconcile Stripe payouts, fees, refunds, and chargebacks to bank records.
Track cancellations and non-renewals, ensuring correct billing stops and adjustments.
Process prorations and credits accurately and reconcile churn-related adjustments.
Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to confirm churn reasons and finalize account status.
Own and deliver the monthly Finance Cockpit covering Growth & Customer KPIs, Revenue & MRR, Market Fees, Costs & Burn, and Commercial Tracking.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping; SaaS or subscription business experience is a big plus.
Strong ability to deliver auditor-ready reporting packs and clean reconciliations.
Confidence working with Stripe, including payouts, fees, refunds, and chargebacks.
Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel; comfortable owning dashboards end-to-end.
Comfortable using AI tools to automate tasks, summarize data, and spot anomalies.
Organized, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally.
