Vanta is looking for a Senior Copywriter to scale our brand voice across every channel. In this hands-on role, you’ll transform complex concepts into concise, human, and witty copy, driving strategy and direction while working directly with teams across the company.

What You'll Do

Write clear, compelling copy across campaigns, web, paid ads, email, video, and more.
Participate in and sometimes lead creative brainstorms.
Shape creative direction when it’s unclear.
Work directly with cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life.
Help scale and safeguard the Vanta brand voice as we grow.
Proofread and QA your work and the work of others.
Look for every opportunity to improve both the creative output and the process behind it.
Balance creative ideas with business goals and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of professional copywriting experience.
Required experience in the technology sector (B2B SaaS strongly preferred).
Comfortable working on complex products and in fast-moving environments.
Highly proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
A strategic thinker who asks smart questions, proposes strong points of view, and pushes back when needed.
A strong sense of ownership over your work, timelines, and stakeholders.
Positive, resilient, and calm under pressure.
Energized by great writing and storytelling.
Comfortable using AI as a creative partner and able to articulate when and how it improves the work.
Ships work, thinks critically, and raises the bar without ego.
