Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across departments to achieve optimal financial and operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with digital, data, and analytics specialists alongside supply chain and commercial teams to build value-driven business cases.
- Bridge business needs and technical execution by translating requirements into actionable digital solutions.
- Lead discussions with product line owners to gain alignment and integration of business cases into divisional planning.
- Oversee project-level financial control, including budget tracking and value realization monitoring.
- Deliver monthly cost performance reports and follow up on corrective budget actions.
- Act as the controlling liaison to the transformation project management office.
- Provide regular updates on project financials and implementation progress.
- Manage invoice processing and budget authorization for international projects.
- Ensure proper capitalization of digital and data-related assets in compliance with group accounting standards and documentation rules.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation for digital, data, and technology functions.
- Enhance financial controlling practices and establish standardized processes within the DDT unit.
- Maintain adherence to corporate governance policies and internal DDT procedures.
