About the Role

Rasa is hiring a Senior Content Strategist, GTM to create the content strategy that tells our story, reinforces market perceptions, builds awareness, and drives qualified leads. This strategic, hands-on role is critical to our Marketing function as we transform how people interact with organizations through AI.

What You'll Do

  • Define the narrative framework for go-to-market efforts and develop high-impact content, including thought leadership, strategic briefs, and customer-facing communications.
  • Partner with customers to tell their AI transformation stories and work closely with sales and customer teams to understand buyer resonance.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to ensure content drives pipeline through personalized, social, and partner campaigns.
  • Own the editorial direction of launches, events, announcements, and milestones.
  • Create and distribute content across modern formats like short-form video, tools, templates, and interactive assets.
  • Analyze content impact and prioritize the roadmap based on what builds brand, drives traffic, and converts.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in communications, editorial, or content strategy roles at a technology company.
  • Track record of shaping how a company talks about its products and mission to commercial audiences, ideally in B2B/technology.
  • Exceptional writer and editor who can craft compelling, authoritative narratives for senior business leaders and technical decision-makers.
  • Experience working closely with commercial or sales teams and understanding how narrative translates into customer conversations and business outcomes.
  • Skilled at translating complex, technical subject matter into clear, credible, and useful language for a business audience.
  • Strong collaborative skills with experience rallying cross-functional teams around shared narratives without formal reporting authority.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and build narrative strategy from the ground up, including systems and processes for scale.

  • Experience and/or demonstrated interest with AI-based products and solutions.

Team & Environment

You will join the Marketing department, partnering with a Growth Gen Marketing Manager, 2 Product Marketing Managers, and a Developer Relations Engineer. You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.
