Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of software platforms for clients

- Assist in the development of client-specific documentation

- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies
- Participate in pre-sales activities and solution scoping
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development and QA
- Monitor project risks and escalate as needed
