Responsibilities

- Conduct performance and load testing to validate system scalability
- Advise clients on best practices in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
- Support test data management and environment configuration for multiple projects
- Evaluate emerging testing tools and technologies for potential adoption
- Mentor junior team members in quality engineering principles and techniques
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry-specific quality standards
- Translate business requirements into effective test scenarios
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues to prevent recurrence
- Deliver client training sessions on testing tools and processes
- Maintain documentation for test cases, results, and process improvements
- Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency and coverage
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align quality goals with project timelines
- Assess risks related to software releases and recommend mitigation strategies
- Validate integration points across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
- Support DevOps initiatives by embedding quality checks into deployment workflows
