Sia Partners is hiring a Senior Consultant - Operational Excellence

Lead complex process optimization and digital transformation projects across diverse industries including Telecom, Life Science, Financial Services, and Manufacturing. Drive multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic outcomes by aligning business processes with client objectives. Apply the GRIPP methodology to guide the specification, analysis, design, and implementation of business processes. Ensure clients achieve tangible results that go beyond advisory reports through end-to-end project leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes beyond theoretical recommendations
• Analyze and enhance business processes while leading multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders from requirements gathering through to implementation and monitoring
• Apply the GRIPP methodology to streamline the definition, analysis, design, and rollout of business processes
• Independently manage projects and initiatives, providing expert guidance to teams of professionals
• Simplify complex organizational structures into clear, functional workflows and promote seamless project collaboration
• Develop product breakdowns for large-scale initiatives with budgets between 3 and 50 million euros
• Model business processes using BPMN tools and conduct simulations and analyses to identify optimization opportunities
• Advise clients on effective process design and digital transformation best practices
• Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of redesigned business processes

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from initiation through completion
• Solid understanding of both business operations and technology systems
• Track record of converting complex structures into practical, implementable solutions
• Proficiency in using BPMN tools for business process modeling
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and providing technical and strategic direction

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in Telecom, Life Science, Financial Services, or Manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with the GRIPP methodology for process improvement
• Experience managing large-scale projects with budgets ranging from 3 to 50 million euros
