Requirements
- 5 to 8 or more years of experience in enterprise performance management, financial planning and analysis systems, or consulting, with a focus on planning and performance management technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master of Business Administration in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Solid foundation in financial and accounting principles, FP&A workflows, and experience delivering consulting and advisory services.
- Proven involvement in designing and deploying solutions across projects of varying scale and complexity, including large-scale EPM system rollouts.
- Multiple successful end-to-end implementations of NSPB, with extensive hands-on technical and functional configuration expertise.
- In-depth understanding of multidimensional data models, business logic rules, and strategic planning frameworks.
- Familiarity with EPM system capabilities including data integration methods, RESTful APIs, Groovy scripting, calculation efficiency, and security architecture.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and manage individual project components from start to finish within formal delivery frameworks, including task tracking, deadline coordination, and clear status reporting, using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with NetSuite, including thorough knowledge of its data architecture and financial operations, is highly desirable.
- Prior work integrating NSPB with NetSuite systems is strongly favored.
