Responsibilities
- Lead complete NetSuite implementation lifecycles by converting complex business processes into technical configurations, delivered remotely or in person as client needs require, including virtual or on-site collaboration
- Deliver solutions across all project stages, from initial discovery and system design to configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support
- Conduct fit/gap assessments to align client requirements with NetSuite capabilities, guiding system design and execution
- Create visual models such as wireframes and process diagrams to clarify customer needs and map business workflows
- Manage core project management functions, including scheduling, work breakdown structures, and change management processes
- Partner with internal development teams to build custom solutions and produce detailed technical design documentation
- Proactively guide clients by recommending best practices and strategic approaches throughout implementation
- Support internal programs such as team mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous NetSuite learning initiatives
- Demonstrate commitment to expanding NetSuite expertise across functional and technical domains as client projects demand
