q-talenteu is looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager (m/w/d) to lead strategic digitalization and transformation projects of national importance. You will develop tailored solutions, manage complex initiatives, and present results directly to decision-makers in healthcare and the public sector.

What You'll Do

Lead strategic digitalization and transformation projects in healthcare and the public sector from planning to successful implementation.
Develop customized concepts, present them to decision-makers, and implement them together with clients.
Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and accompany the implementation of new structures.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and subject matter experts to solve complex challenges.
Represent client interests at the highest level and ensure quality, schedule, and budget.
Actively contribute your expertise to the further development of methods, processes, and consulting approaches.

What We're Looking For

Several years of experience in management consulting or in a leadership role in healthcare or the public sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex digitalization or transformation projects.
Solid expertise in process analysis, change management, and/or IT implementations.
Confident demeanor and clear communication at top management level.
Strategic thinking, structured work approach, and consistent implementation of projects.
Very good German language skills.
