- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience
- Monitor developer forums and respond to technical inquiries
- Identify and partner with developer influencers and advocates
- Track metrics related to developer engagement and satisfaction
- Contribute to the evolution of developer onboarding flows
- Promote best practices in integration and implementation
- Troubleshoot developer-reported issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blockchain and web3 technologies
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
- Assist in the design of developer challenges and bounty programs
- Document common integration patterns and solutions
- Help shape long-term developer outreach strategy
- Ensure developer resources are accurate and accessible
- Stay informed about competitor developer platforms
