LI.FI is hiring a Developer Relations Manager to become the face of our infrastructure to the technical community. You will keep the company top-of-mind with builders, partners, and Web3 developers, showcasing our solutions by helping teams understand, adopt, and build on LI.FI through technical content, hands-on support, and community engagement. Your work will grow our integration ecosystem and directly contribute to product adoption and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Engage with developers across channels, hosting workshops, webinars, AMAs, hackathons, and community events.
- Create developer-facing documentation, knowledge base articles, user guides, and technical content.
- Join sales calls with enterprise clients, work with the BD team to understand requirements, provide technical support, and develop presentations and custom solutions.
- Act as the bridge between our engineering team and the developer community.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize user and developer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a developer-facing role (DevRel, Solutions Engineer, or Developer) within crypto.
- Engineering background with in-depth understanding of the blockchain industry and solid technical know-how.
- Experience supporting Tier 1 enterprise clients with complex technical requirements and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and self-guided on a day-to-day basis.
- Comfortable leading live training sessions, presentations, and public speaking at industry events.
- Must be located in the US, LATAM, or EMEA region.
Nice to Have
- DeFi experience is a plus.
Team & Environment
Sit at the intersection of relationship management, technical support, and product development. Work closely with Engineering and Product teams.
