Smava GmbH is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead IT infrastructure projects within the public sector. You will manage complex IT infrastructure and service projects, overseeing planning, controlling, and coordination.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation of complex IT infrastructure and service projects.
- Manage project controlling regarding deadlines, milestones, costs, and quality.
- Maintain and create project plans, status reports, protocols, and communication lists.
- Coordinate dependencies, changes, and risks within project planning.
- Establish and implement requirements and change management processes.
- Perform PMO activities including scheduling, organizing regular communication, and documentation.
- Participate in the procurement of services and support special topics.
- Plan and conduct internal project events.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in leading or organizing complex IT projects.
- Certifications in classic and agile project management (e.g., IPMA C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum).
- Proficient use of MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience in the public sector, ideally related to federal authorities.
- Very good German language skills (C1 according to CEFR).
