Lola Blankets is hiring a Senior Consultant for D365 CE & Power Platform (Copilot Studio) to join our team. In this advisory role, you will translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, with a specialization in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
What You'll Do
- Advise, design, and implement solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Develop modern Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Design and implement Conversational AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Capture, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solution architectures
- Conduct workshops, assessments, and solution design sessions with customers
- Integrate D365 CE with surrounding systems (REST APIs, Azure Services, ERP systems)
- Create technical and functional documentation
- Ensure quality, best practices, and governance within projects
- Support presales activities, scoping, and effort estimations
- Coach colleagues and contribute to thought leadership & offering development
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience as a consultant in the D365 CE area (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing/Customer Insights Journeys, Field Service)
- Very good knowledge of the Power Platform, including Dataverse architecture
- Experience with AI solutions: Copilot Studio, generative AI, Azure OpenAI & Azure AI Services
- Strong analytical skills & experience in requirements management and solution design
- Understanding of end-to-end customer experience processes (Lead-to-Cash, Case Management, etc.)
- Knowledge of customization, security models, plug-ins, and integration architectures
- Experience in an agile project environment (Scrum, DevOps)
- Strong communication, consulting competence, and presentation confidence
- Very good German and English language skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
- Certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, MB-210, MB-230 or comparable
- Experience with Data & AI projects (RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Governance)
- Industry knowledge (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Industrial)
