Responsibilities
- Convert business needs from clients into detailed technical designs and robust AI system architectures.
- Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions, iterating on proof-of-concept models to validate requirements.
- Develop high-quality Python and JavaScript code for applications powered by Claude, including agents and workflow automation.
- Create integrated systems using the Anthropic API with advanced prompt strategies and multi-step conversational logic.
- Construct Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and connect vector databases to enhance AI response accuracy.
- Analyze emerging features in Anthropic’s platform to identify gaps and suggest improvements for client impact.
- Oversee technical integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, including AI orchestration tools such as AWS Bedrock.
- Guide distributed engineering teams as a technical lead, promoting modular design, automation, and effective prompt engineering practices.
- Coordinate release timelines and maintain detailed configuration records using Co-work, enhanced by AI-driven insights.
