Deloitte is hiring a Senior Consultant to join the SAP team within our Southeast Asia practice, focusing on SAP FI solutions. As a leader in this group, you will drive regional business growth and own the creation, sale, and delivery of SAP solutions, including functional design, systems development, and business transformation.
What You'll Do
- Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
- Advise clients on industry-leading practices and SAP-recommended processes.
- Design target state SAP solutions and influence clients to adopt standard practices.
- Analyze application landscapes to design interfaces for SAP solutions.
- Perform SAP configuration and testing, and develop specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces.
- Lead consultant and client teams through the full implementation cycle, including testing, migration, and cutover.
- Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training, and providing post-cutover support.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience with SAP FI, including 3-5 full end-to-end life cycle implementations.
- Deep, wide experience in SAP-led transformation programs across diverse industries.
- A broad understanding of emerging business and technology paradigms.
- Demonstrated ability to engage client stakeholders on a range of issues.
Nice to Have
- Working experience in a consulting firm is strongly preferred.
- Experience with S4/Hana is a significant advantage.
