Company is seeking a dedicated Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Officer to oversee and enhance our workplace safety and environmental compliance. This critical role is responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations, identifying risks, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and advise the company on compliance with safety laws.
- Analyze work to identify hazards, assess risks, and propose preventive measures and safe work procedures.
- Verify that related departments' operations align with established plans.
- Advise, train, and educate employees and contractors on safety practices and legal requirements.
- Investigate the causes of workplace injuries, illnesses, or incidents, report findings with recommendations to management to prevent recurrence.
- Assess the work environment and coordinate measurement and documentation submission with government agencies as required by law.
- Perform other occupational safety duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
