About the Role

At Suntory, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and develop key accounts within the On Premise AFH (Away From Home) channel to achieve sales targets and build strong, long-term customer relationships. You'll be instrumental in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop key accounts within the On Premise AFH channel to achieve assigned sales targets and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including designing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Create joint promotion plans with customers, drive sales uplift for Pepsi beverages, and initiate joint projects and new product development (NPD) initiatives.
  • Implement pricing strategies, discount structures, and commercial policies to maximize sales performance.
  • Optimize D&A (Discounts & Allowances) spend to drive beverage off-take within managed accounts.
  • Analyze market conditions, business performance, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities to maintain a competitive market position.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities, particularly within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel.
  • Manage onboarding processes and oversee P&L performance for new customer acquisition and contract renewals.
  • Ensure all assigned customers comply with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage account development, monitor receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams for accurate sales forecasting, smooth supply chain operations, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the MEM (Marketing Equipment Management) team for the timely installation, maintenance, and operation of post-mix systems.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new products, innovations, and marketing initiatives to key accounts.
  • Support the AFH Asia team by preparing and contributing to reporting, strategic reviews, and business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or trade marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through strategic account development.
  • Strong understanding of key account management principles, commercial negotiations, and P&L management.
  • Solid knowledge of pricing strategies, discount structures, and D&A management.
  • Ability to analyze market data, competitor activities, and business performance to develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong sense of accountability, punctuality, and professional responsibility.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably within the FMCG, beverage, or food service industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing accounts in On Premise, AFH, or QSR channel.
  • Experience developing and executing joint business plans, promotional campaigns, and NPD initiatives.
  • Familiarity with post-mix systems and marketing equipment management.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
