About the Role

Company is hiring a Senior Analyst to spearhead our corporate sustainability and decarbonization initiatives. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of strategy development, execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring alignment with governance and global standards.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and revisit corporate sustainability & decarbonization strategies and execution frameworks.
  • Set, monitor, review, and report on key performance indicators and risk management.
  • Perform corporate sustainability materiality assessments and define key focus areas.
  • Align sustainability policy and execution with compliance, governance, and regulatory direction.
  • Support internal and external communication activities on sustainability topics.
  • Organize and facilitate the Sustainable Development Committee (SDC) meetings.
  • Integrate external and internal analysis to identify strategic issues affecting sustainability goals.
  • Define strategic scenarios for sensitivity analysis based on key risks and opportunities.
  • Develop strategies and execution plans for endorsement by relevant committees.
  • Identify critical milestones and key risks for KPI development and assessment.
  • Create KPI dashboards and risk management matrices for performance management.
  • Monitor performance, identify gaps, and develop mitigations to ensure alignment with targets.
  • Perform lookback analysis on past performance to capture best practices and lessons learned.
  • Report and communicate performance to relevant committees.
  • Revisit key material topics through stakeholder movement analysis.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement for double materiality assessment.
  • Link double materiality topics to develop key sustainability focus areas.
  • Conclude double materiality assessment results for committee endorsement.
  • Conduct gap analysis of existing sustainability policies against regulations and standards.
  • Initiate gap improvements, such as new processes and reporting guidelines.
  • Engage stakeholders to deploy improvement roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with functions to track progress on key sustainability indicators.
  • Develop communication materials on strategic topics and progress.
  • Plan overall SDC meeting schedules and agendas aligning with corporate priorities.
  • Recommend agenda contents and coordinate preparation of presentations.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, summarize actions, and engage functions to enhance execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Science (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Petrochemical, Environmental, Sustainability Management).
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy development/execution, business development, complex project management, or sustainability-related areas.

Nice to Have

  • MBA background is preferable.
