About the Role

IMA Group is looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive growth for its Bangkok branch. You will be responsible for expanding the customer portfolio and retaining existing clients in the region by providing tailored solutions and managing commercial relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute sales actions to expand the portfolio and retain existing customers.
  • Conduct sales visits and on-site meetings with clients.
  • Propose catalogue solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Interpret customer requirements and identify alternative sales proposals within technical constraints.
  • Manage economic aspects and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Develop customized solutions with technical team support for formal commercial offers.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through commercial and courtesy interactions.
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of resellers and agents within your assigned territory.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Proven experience in the industrial B2B sector, specifically with customized products.
  • Availability for frequent domestic travel (approximately 50%) and occasional international trips.

Nice to Have

  • Background in the automatic machinery sector (Packaging/Oiling/Assembly).
  • Technical knowledge of vision and counting systems for feeding flowpack systems.
  • Proven experience in the sale of turnkey solutions.
  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts and legal-commercial terms.
