Deloitte is hiring a Consultant for its Operations Transformation practice, based in Thailand. You will work directly with clients to make decisions and implement solutions based on 'Heart of the Business' transformation strategies to deliver tangible business value. Your role involves solving complex problems, determining project requirements, and guiding clients through their transformation.
What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in work processes and innovative approaches to completing project scope.
- Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Conduct relevant research, perform data analysis, and create reports.
- Maintain responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products.
- Assess restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline core service delivery.
- Assist in proposal development, as requested.
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training, mentoring, and daily client interaction.
What We're Looking For
- A tertiary qualification in a business or finance discipline from a well-ranked institution and/or current enrollment in an MBA program.
- 3-5 years and above of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role, with exposure to one or more of the following segments: Financial Services, Government & Public Sectors, Technology Media & Telecommunications, Consumer Business, or Energy, Resources & Industrials.
- A minimum of 5-8 years and above of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role.
- Relevant experience and skills in Transformation Management Support, Functional Supp-NCU/Migrations/Backlog, etc.
- A strong, demonstrated track record in management consulting, with experience engaging in business and operations transformation issues for clients.
- Skills to drive insights, develop initiatives, and engage stakeholders across functions to set strategic direction and rationale for operational change and execution.
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
- Emotional intelligence: high ability to build strong, trusting relationships; to collaborate in team settings; and to balance inquiry and advocacy in interactions.
- Comfortable working on difficult issues where there is no definitive “right” answer; patient in the face of uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
- Capable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and, at times, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment.
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Thailand.
