As a Senior Consultant SAP CO (PA) within Deloitte Southeast Asia’s SAP team, you will be instrumental in growing our SAP business across the region. You will take ownership of the full lifecycle, from creation and sale through to delivery of SAP CO Module solutions, ensuring client success.
What You'll Do
- Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
- Advise clients on industry-leading and SAP-recommended processes and functions.
- Design target state SAP solutions, influencing clients toward standard practices.
- Analyze application landscapes to design interfaces for the SAP solution.
- Perform SAP configuration and testing, and develop specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces.
- Lead consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, including planning and executing testing, migration, and cutover.
- Support change management by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post-cutover.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A good honors Degree, preferably postgraduate, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- A good understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
- Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience with SAP CO, including 3-5 end-to-end full life cycle implementations.
- Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Sound understanding of business processes, industry nuances, and leading practices in your area of focus.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills to build client relationships.
- Ability to facilitate effective workshops for target state design.
- Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solutions.
- Sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
- Willingness to work outside of your office base and travel locally and abroad for project assignments.
Nice to Have
- SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage.
