Responsibilities
- Drive client engagements from start to finish by cutting through ambiguity, clarifying priorities, and delivering practical solutions across people, processes, and technology.
- Lead high-impact client delivery by leading workstreams and guiding TGG teams to successful project outcomes.
- Flex across delivery environments—working as an individual contributor, part of a consulting team, or as a project/team lead embedded with the client.
- Apply structured methodologies, toolkits, and best practices to execute effectively and deliver results.
- Embrace unstructured challenges and turn them into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Support client growth & expand engagements by identifying opportunities where TGG can add value by partnering with client leadership teams.
- Support growth within existing and new client relationships through strong performance, insight, and proactive contribution.
- Collaborate with Account Leads to help develop business and deepen client partnerships over time.
- Partner with client stakeholders at all levels—from individual contributors to senior executives—to align on goals and drive outcomes.
- Work alongside a collaborative team of TGG consultants committed to delivering outstanding client service.
- Engage with TGG partners, principals, account leaders, managers, and staff who support your success on projects and help you grow professionally.
Requirements
- 6+ years of consulting or related experience with a strong track record of client service and delivering results.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous environments.
- Depth in one or more of our service areas: program/project management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile, organizational design, or business strategy.
- Experience partnering with both business and technology teams to drive outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior audiences.
Nice to Have
- Industry or functional expertise in areas such as healthcare, retail, insurance, financial services, supply chain, or data/technology is a plus.
- ERP/CRM/POS project experience and professional certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, etc.) are preferred qualifications, not requirements.
