Responsibilities
- Lead business improvement and transformation projects across infrastructure sectors including water, energy, and transport.
- Work closely with clients to design and lead change programmes that create real impact, unlock sustainable performance, and build long-lasting value.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients.
- Contribute to the continued growth and direction of OutForm.

- Exposure to utilities, manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure environments.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
