Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of construction professionals to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
  • Manage project documentation and reporting.
  • Oversee procurement and logistics for construction materials and equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams.
  • Manage project closeout and handover processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior construction managers.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
  • Ensure the timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Experience in managing international construction projects.
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy projects and technologies.
  • Experience in managing complex and challenging construction projects.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
  • Experience in working in a multicultural team environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
  • Experience in managing construction projects in remote or challenging locations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
