Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment of in-game events, promotions, new content, and features in production environments
- Verify functionality of administrative tools through comprehensive and precise testing procedures
- Configure in-game store setups and promotional sales using internal admin systems
- Collaborate with Product Managers to track and manage active events and slot game releases
- Liaise with development teams to report and address live game issues
- Offer insights and suggestions to enhance testing processes over time
- Log and monitor product defects identified during testing to ensure timely resolution
- Replicate reported issues to support engineering teams in diagnosing and fixing problems
- Support quality assurance efforts and deliver training on admin tool usage when required
