Sikich is seeking a Senior ConceptOne Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and configuring the ConceptOne MGA Policy Administration system for clients in the Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance domain. You’ll partner directly with customers to translate their needs into effective software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate and elicit customer business requirements.
- Develop, analyze, and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop customer-focused documentation for software solutions, such as wireframes, use cases, and business rules.
- Implement customer requirements through system configuration.
- Perform and support testing and training efforts.
- Participate in system design and configuration activities.
- Collaborate closely with customers, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Communicate with third-party vendors and partners to address questions, issues, or requests.
- Assist in the estimation of work.
- Stay current on industry and job-related trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance domain experience.
- Experience with ConceptOne and/or other MGA Policy Administrative systems.
- Experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis.
- Understanding or experience with Relational Databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong time management, including work planning, prioritization, and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities or tasks.
Nice to Have
- AINS Certifications.
- Experience with XML, Web Services/APIs, ACORD, or ISO standards.
- CBAP certification.
