ARC Document Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with a background in printing who excels at coordinating orders and providing excellent support via phone, email, and in-person. You’ll work directly with our Sales and Operations teams to manage the full lifecycle of print requests.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide service via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Process in-person, phone, electronic, and hard copy work orders.
- Monitor orders, quoting, and outsourcing for various print requests.
- Provide information to customers regarding products, processes, and production turnaround times.
- Take service and supply requests from customers via phone, email, or MPS portal.
- Process service requests through Fleet Manager and dispatch them to technicians.
- Process supply requests and submit orders to purchasing.
- Maintain Fleet Manager to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Work with management on new initiatives and programs as they arise.
- Perform other tasks, duties, or functions as directed.
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of related administrative or customer service experience.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. periodically.
- Professional, business-level written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
