- Configure and customize Concept One applications based on client specifications

- Support end-to-end implementation of software projects

- Provide training and guidance to client personnel
- Assist in data migration and system integration tasks
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain detailed project records and timelines
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope and goals
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Support post-implementation reviews and optimization efforts
- Monitor project risks and contribute to mitigation strategies
