About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting complex compensation analysis, designing pay structures, and providing insights that guide decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data to support pay equity and structure decisions
- Develop and maintain job grading frameworks and leveling guides
- Support annual compensation planning cycles across business units
- Partner with HR and business leaders to advise on pay strategies
- Conduct market benchmarking using industry salary surveys
- Prepare detailed reports for executive and managerial review
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage regulations
- Manage compensation system data integrity and accuracy
- Assist in designing incentive and bonus plans
- Evaluate internal pay alignment and recommend adjustments
- Lead compensation communication materials for HR and managers
- Perform ad hoc analyses for organizational changes or M&A activity
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation trends and regulations
- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Utilize advanced Excel and HRIS tools for data modeling
- Collaborate with talent and HR teams on role classification
- Drive process improvements in compensation operations
- Ensure consistent application of pay policies across regions
- Provide guidance during performance review cycles
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive compensation data
