About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting complex compensation analysis, designing pay structures, and providing insights that guide decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation data to support pay equity and structure decisions
  • Develop and maintain job grading frameworks and leveling guides
  • Support annual compensation planning cycles across business units
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to advise on pay strategies
  • Conduct market benchmarking using industry salary surveys
  • Prepare detailed reports for executive and managerial review
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage regulations
  • Manage compensation system data integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in designing incentive and bonus plans
  • Evaluate internal pay alignment and recommend adjustments
  • Lead compensation communication materials for HR and managers
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for organizational changes or M&A activity
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation trends and regulations
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Utilize advanced Excel and HRIS tools for data modeling
  • Collaborate with talent and HR teams on role classification
  • Drive process improvements in compensation operations
  • Ensure consistent application of pay policies across regions
  • Provide guidance during performance review cycles
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive compensation data
