BAE Systems Intelligence & Security is looking for a Senior Commercial Officer to play a key role supporting the Dreadnought Class submarine project. You will be responsible for driving the commercial and contractual elements of this critical national programme.
What You'll Do
- Support the internal impact assessment and contractual basis of claims
- Support or lead the negotiation of proposals and claims with customers, securing acceptable agreements aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate and control claims and proposals, including drafting and completing these documents
- Monitor and maintain contractual data and artefacts, liaising with wider functions to drive improvements
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in drafting contracts and leading customer negotiations
- Ability to work unsupervised, manage your own workload, and prioritise effectively
- A strong ability to understand and address complex commercial issues
