In this role, you will drive end-to-end business development — from identifying high-potential opportunities to closing agreements — while working closely with engineering, finance, and external partners to deliver integrated, turnkey solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects in industrial sectors with significant thermal energy demand
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, guiding them from initial engagement through project execution and into long-term operation
- Translate customer needs into viable project scopes by assessing heating loads, energy market structures, and renewable integration potential
- Collaborate with technical and financial teams to develop tailored project proposals, including preliminary techno-economic evaluations
- Structure commercial terms and draft non-binding agreements such as MOUs, LOIs, and term sheets to advance deals
- Represent the company at industry events, delivering presentations that communicate technical and economic value clearly
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records, tracking deal progression, project size, and expected timelines
- Contribute to market strategy by identifying high-potential customer segments and refining value propositions aligned with regional energy trends
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years in business development or capital equipment sales within the industrial sector
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure
- Strong grasp of energy procurement practices and experience with energy-as-a-service models
- In-depth understanding of energy markets in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar
- Fluency in English and advanced skills in Excel (including financial modeling) and PowerPoint
- Excellent written communication abilities, particularly in technical and economic analysis
Preferred Background
- MBA or master’s degree focused on energy or sustainability
- Experience with micro-grid, CHP, or industrial energy efficiency projects
- Background in renewable project development and financing structures
- Familiarity with energy sectors in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman
- Proficiency in Arabic
