Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology/Rare Disease - Brazil (Remote)

About the Role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage research activities at sites participating in our clinical research projects, with a focus on registries and non-interventional studies in oncology and rare disease. You will be involved in all study stages from site identification to close-out, joining a global team of over 3,500+ experts dedicated to quality and excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
  • Identify potential sites to participate in the research effort.
  • Perform study start-up activities including collecting regulatory documents and supporting contract and budget negotiation.
  • Train sites to collect data properly and report potential safety-related events.
  • Manage site activities during study maintenance.
  • Close down research activities at sites once the study has concluded.
  • Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
  • Ensure compliance with obtaining informed consent, reporting safety-related events, and adhering to all applicable regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree.
  • Experience in Oncology and Rare Disease.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Candidates must reside in Brazil.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.

You will work within our Clinical Operations department, collaborating with colleagues across diverse therapeutic areas and reporting to a Line Manager. Work Mode

This is a fully remote position for candidates residing in Brazil, with regional travel required.
