About the Role

DailyPay seeks a Senior Client Success Manager to build and nurture strategic relationships with our clients. In this role, you'll champion a client-first approach, driving product adoption, ensuring retention, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll be the advocate for your clients across internal teams, translating their needs into action.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
  • Proactively suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client objectives.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Lead and orchestrate customer escalations to ensure responsive, speedy resolution.
  • Build effective post-launch business strategies to enable long-term client retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs, drive product adoption, and deliver best-in-class support.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives to all stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Client Success Manager or in a Sales role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present to, and influence C-level executives.
  • Solid experience with Account Management reporting systems, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Gainsight), Google Suite, and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to specific needs.
  • Availability to travel as required.
  • Occasional need to work outside normal business hours to support customers.

Nice to Have

  • HR or Payroll industry experience.
