Stepful is looking for a Grader (Clinical Skills) to support our Clinical Medical Assistant program. You will play a key role in evaluating student performance and ensuring they master essential hands-on skills. Your real-world healthcare expertise will directly contribute to the growth and success of our students.
What You'll Do
- Review and grade student videos performing clinical skills
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students
- Communicate with instructors and students over email and community tools
- Join weekly meetings to receive guidance and direction from the internal team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience performing clinical skills in a healthcare setting (medical administration, venipuncture, and vitals)
- 3+ years of experience teaching and/or grading medical assistants
- Availability to work 20-40 hours per week
- A passion for education and supporting student growth
- A commitment to timely, thorough, and empathetic communication
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, Physician, or Nurse
- Teaching experience in a digital or hybrid learning environment (Zoom, Canvas, etc.)
