Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality engineering and ongoing maintenance of circuits, links, and systems in an advanced technical control setting.
- Design, develop, and deploy circuit engineering solutions to enable secure and non-secure communications across Pentagon locations.
- Execute comprehensive quality assurance and testing protocols to meet or exceed Department of Defense standards.
- Deliver expert-level troubleshooting and rapid service restoration to minimize operational disruptions in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Monitor system performance and conduct trend analysis to proactively detect and resolve potential issues.
- Verify that all installations adhere to DISN standards and DoD-specific quality assurance and control requirements.
- Maintain precise technical documentation and generate detailed reports on circuit status, projects, and system performance for leadership review.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to strengthen the reliability, efficiency, and security of technical control operations.

- Must demonstrate proven experience and capability working within a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment.
- Requires strong collaboration skills to integrate effectively with government-led, multi-contractor teams.
- Role supports the operational integrity of the Pentagon Primary Technical Control Facility (PPTCF) and the Pentagon Alternative Technical Control Facility (PATCF).
- Requires in-depth knowledge of telecommunications network management, circuit engineering, and the deployment of secure and non-secure voice, data, optical, and digital messaging services.
- Must be available to provide 24x7x365 operational support as required.
