About the Role

Arcellx is looking for a Senior Cell Therapy Account Manager to accelerate the adoption and appropriate use of our cell therapy products across leading academic hospitals and community networks in Manhattan. As the account lead, you will create and execute strategic plans that expand therapy access, elevate treatment center performance, and deliver an exceptional experience for patients and providers.

What You'll Do

  • Drive multiple myeloma CAR-T brand choice within authorized treatment centers and community-based accounts.
  • Competitively sell Arcellx products through a deep knowledge of the multiple myeloma landscape and clinical expertise.
  • Navigate complex account environments by identifying stakeholder needs and collaborating with internal teams for targeted support.
  • Integrate customer insights and data to design and execute strategic account plans.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer dynamics and market trends to identify opportunities and barriers to treatment.
  • Share relevant account and HCP insights with cross-functional and alliance partners regarding business trends and competitive shifts.
  • Support alliance partners to ensure a positive and seamless patient experience.
  • Equip ATC staff with CAR-T process training to eliminate barriers and optimize operational workflows.
  • Operate in strict compliance with all laws, regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

What We're Looking For

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of hematology/oncology therapeutic experience.
  • A proven, consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex, competitive, high-value therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, strategic accounts and navigate complex academic hospital systems with cross-functional partners.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cell therapy, immunotherapy, and/or multiple myeloma, along with a strong understanding of oncology market dynamics.
  • Experience with new product launches within academic hospitals or specialty markets.

  • Compensation: $180,000 – $230,000 per year + equity (RSU) grant.

Work Mode

This is a remote position primarily covering accounts in Metro NY (MSK, Mt. Sinai, Cornell, Columbia, NYU) and Montefiore.
