Responsibilities
- Promote the adoption of CAR-T therapy for multiple myeloma in authorized and community-based treatment facilities.
- Position cell therapy products competitively by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the multiple myeloma treatment environment and clinical data.
- Navigate complex healthcare accounts by assessing stakeholder needs and coordinating internal resources to deliver tailored solutions.
- Use customer feedback and data analytics to build and implement strategic plans for key accounts.
- Gain insight into customer behavior and market movements to detect growth opportunities and address treatment access challenges.
- Communicate actionable intelligence on accounts and healthcare providers to internal teams, emphasizing market dynamics and competitive activity.
- Collaborate with partner organizations to enhance patient journey and ensure a smooth treatment process.
- Train clinical staff at treatment centers on CAR-T procedures to streamline operations and reduce implementation hurdles.
- Adhere fully to legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines, including safeguarding patient data privacy.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $230,000 per year.
Other
- Must be able to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
- Must comply strictly with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, particularly regarding the protection of patient-identifiable information.
