As Senior Campaign Manager, you'll be the strategic mastermind behind planning, developing, executing, and optimizing global demand generation initiatives. You'll work across teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, managing complex campaigns that span reputation, demand, enablement, and engagement programs. We're looking for someone who thrives on autonomy, thinks strategically, and puts customers at the heart of everything.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and lead integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across multiple program families.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to craft campaign strategies perfectly aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile and overarching business goals.
  • Execute targeted campaigns focused on net new customer acquisition, expansion, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.
  • Manage paid media and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs using platforms like 6Sense, LinkedIn, and event channels.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with sales, marketing ops, and product marketing to ensure flawless campaign execution, tracking, and results reporting.
  • Identify content needs and commission assets that support campaign themes and messaging.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, optimize tactics, and share razor-sharp insights with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive tangible pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation funnels and campaign frameworks (MEL, MQL, SAL, SQL).
  • Solid expertise with marketing automation and CRM tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and 6Sense/ABM platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills with laser-focused attention to detail and cross-functional initiative management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to pull metrics, interpret data, and make precision-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messaging and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently while seamlessly thriving in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience in marketing data analytics, data science, or related software products is a significant plus.
