Key Responsibilities
- Uncover and pursue new business opportunities within federal and public sector organizations
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
- Design and manage multi-year account plans that align with customer goals and increase share of wallet
- Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain a disciplined, transparent pipeline
- Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, coordinating internal resources to ensure seamless delivery
- Partner with technical and support teams to resolve challenges and enhance customer experience
- Promote rigorous sales practices, including pipeline discipline, performance tracking, and KPI alignment
- Strengthen industry influence by cultivating relationships with key partners, customers, and thought leaders
- Stay current on automation trends, regulatory shifts, and digital transformation in the public sector
- Lead regular business reviews with sponsors and internal teams to track progress and refine strategy

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in sales and account management, preferably in high-growth tech or enterprise software
- At least 8 years of direct experience selling into federal or public sector agencies
- Strong grasp of automation, digital transformation, and related technical ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in consultative, executive-level sales and large-scale account expansion
- Consistent overachievement against revenue, satisfaction, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities across organizational levels
- Discretion in handling sensitive information and sound judgment in complex situations
