About the Role
This role is responsible for shaping the medical strategy for a pipeline compound in systemic sclerosis. The individual will lead scientific communication, support clinical development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for future commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global medical strategy for a pipeline asset in systemic sclerosis
- Collaborate with clinical development teams to inform trial design and medical monitoring
- Lead the creation of core scientific content for investigator interactions and advisory boards
- Support the generation of real-world evidence and publication planning
- Engage with key external experts to gather insights and build scientific partnerships
- Provide medical input into regulatory and commercial planning activities
- Ensure alignment between global and regional medical teams
- Serve as a scientific resource for internal stakeholders on disease and pipeline-related topics
- Monitor and interpret emerging clinical data in the therapeutic area
- Contribute to lifecycle planning and future indication expansion
- Support due diligence activities for pipeline-related opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines and treatment landscapes
- Drive cross-functional alignment on key medical messages and data dissemination
- Oversee the development of medical training materials for pipeline assets
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies in all activities
